How does Posetron achieve customization in energy projects?
From smaller battery systems to large energy containers, for optimizing self-consumption or responding to trading on the imbalance market: at Posetron, we develop customized solutions that are fully tailored to the specific needs of each customer. Whether for agricultural businesses, industrial production environments, or other sectors, we ensure flexible integration of multiple external generators—such as CHP installations, wind turbines, and solar panels—into our battery systems, at both AC and DC levels. This allows customers to make optimal use of their energy and ensure their systems work together seamlessly.

Clearing every peak with ease
An equestrian centre that hosts events has a highly irregular consumption pattern. During competitions, lighting, stables, climate control and catering all draw power at the same time, and those peaks weigh heavily on grid costs. With the PoseVault, we absorb the peaks during the busiest events. Between events, we put the capacity to work on the energy markets together with our partners.

Energy-independent milking
This dairy farm is fully powered by the battery, which automatically takes over the emergency power function in the event of a power outage. This allows us to guarantee business continuity. With a battery connection of 300 kVA—larger than the grid connection (250 kVA)—the farm also has an extra power boost behind the battery.

Commitment to the energy market
To respond to the energy markets, we installed a 1000 kW | 2007 kWh energy container for this customer in rural Sint-Truiden. This enables the customer to support the electricity grid and provides greater security for surrounding businesses.

Combined with 65 kWp of additional solar panels, this compact system helps this traditional dairy farm get more out of its own generation. In the event of a power cut, the backup power function stands ready, so the farm can keep running when needed.

Smart renewable energy for dairy farm
We installed a hybrid battery system at this dairy farm, which uses robots for milking. The new PV installation (98 kWp) was connected directly to the battery system via DC. This makes the farm more than 80% self-sufficient. A huge step towards sustainability and lower energy costs.

Milking on, even when the grid goes down
On this dairy farm, the battery, a 254 kWp PV installation and the existing generator work together as one system. When the grid fails, the backup power function takes over and the milking robots keep running. This makes the farm far more independent from the electricity grid.
