From smaller battery systems to large energy containers, for optimizing self-consumption or responding to trading on the imbalance market: at Posetron, we develop customized solutions that are fully tailored to the specific needs of each customer. Whether for agricultural businesses, industrial production environments, or other sectors, we ensure flexible integration of multiple external generators—such as CHP installations, wind turbines, and solar panels—into our battery systems, at both AC and DC levels. This dairy farm is fully powered by the battery, which automatically takes over the emergency power function in the event of a power outage. This allows us to guarantee business continuity. With a battery connection of 300 kVA—larger than the grid connection (250 kVA)—the farm also has an extra power boost behind the battery.

Commitment to the energy market

Smart renewable energy for dairy farm
We installed a hybrid battery system at this dairy farm, which uses robots for milking. The new PV installation (98 kWp) was connected directly to the battery system via DC. This makes the farm more than 80% self-sufficient. A huge step towards sustainability and lower energy costs.
