Custom battery storage: our process from analysis to installation
From concept to a working project, without surprises
Installing a battery system is more than just placing hardware. It is an investment that lasts for years, and it only pays off if it is well-thought-out from the very beginning. That is why at Posetron, our workflow is to guide you through the entire process, from the first conversation to the daily follow-up long after the installation. No intermediaries, no service gaps. One team that knows the entire trajectory and that you can always reach.

Listening before we calculate
Every project starts with a conversation. We listen to what you want to achieve, your current energy consumption, and your expectations for the coming years. Then we ask specific questions that go beyond the obvious. Because most customers know what they need, but not always what’s possible.
We thoroughly assess the current situation: the consumption profile, existing or planned generation sources such as solar panels, wind, or a CHP system, the grid connection, and your goals regarding self-consumption, emergency power, or participation in the energy markets. This preliminary study forms the foundation for everything that follows. The more we know, the better we can simulate.
Accurate figures, not assumptions
Based on all the information, we get to work internally. We analyze feasibility, identify technical requirements, and determine what additional data we may still need.
Once the file is complete, we build a detailed, customized simulation. In it, we model the battery system that best fits your situation, calculate the financial impact, and determine the payback period. This simulation is not a sales pitch but an honest and transparent report that allows you to make an informed decision on your own. If something isn’t feasible, we’ll tell you that too.
A quotation, but also the path to getting there
After the simulation, we’ll get back to you with a concrete project proposal. This will include the most suitable battery system—whether or not it’s integrated with renewable energy sources or other applications—along with the simulation results and a detailed quote.
Do you have any questions or would you like to explore certain scenarios further? We take the time to explain everything until all your doubts are cleared up. Only when you’re ready to move forward do we proceed.
But our work doesn’t stop with the quote. Even before the actual installation, we’ll guide you through the approval process with the fire department and your insurance agent, the applications to the grid operator, and the mandatory registration of the batteries for recycling. We know these processes inside and out, and we’ll take them off your hands.
Our system, our technicians, our responsibility
Once the project is approved, two parallel processes begin simultaneously: the technical process and the IT process.
This way, we don’t waste any time.
On the technical side, the system is sized and the complete scope of work is drawn up. We visit the site in advance to assess whether expectations align with reality: the space, the electrical infrastructure, and the connections for PV, wind, CHP, or other generators. This coordination takes place in consultation with all parties involved.
The battery system is fully tested and shipped ready for operation. The installation itself is carried out by our own qualified technicians. No subcontractors, no faceless service teams. People who know the system, who saw it leave the factory, and who know how it’s supposed to work.
Control, monitor and optimize
In parallel with the technical process, our IT team begins configuring the software. The key question here is: how do you intend to use the system? To maximize self-consumption, participate in energy market trading, provide emergency power, or a combination of these applications? That choice determines how the parameters are set in our proprietary software.
This software allows us to remotely control the system and continuously monitor it once it is operational. Would you like to have an up-to-date overview yourself? You can do so via the Posetron Industry App. Are there external parties that will help control the system? Then we’ll provide the appropriate API connections to ensure optimized control from all sides.
We’re Here to Stay After Commissioning
The installation marks the beginning of a long-term partnership, not the end. From day one, our IT team monitors the system daily. Based on pre-set parameters, we automatically receive alerts if anything deviates from the norm—whether it’s a cell or module with unusual readings or another anomaly. This allows us to take proactive action, often before you even notice anything.
Once a year, our technicians visit for preventive maintenance: checking and refilling the air conditioning, cleaning the ventilation system, conducting a general technical inspection, and, if necessary, performing a software update. And if anything does come up, you can reach us. Day and night, seven days a week.
